Gauteng-wide
Commercial Renovations in Gauteng
Fit-outs and refurbishments around your trading hours — across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, the East Rand, the West Rand and the Vaal.
Commercial work is judged on two things: the finish and the date. A shopfit that opens a week late costs the tenant more than the whole contract was worth, which is why we programme commercial jobs properly and staff them to the programme.
Gauteng supports homes, businesses and industry, and each of them needs something different from a contractor. What they share is that the building is usually still being used while we work in it.
Gauteng is not one market. A 1950s house in Kensington, a cluster in Fourways and a warehouse in Wadeville are three different building jobs needing three different approaches. That is why we organise by area — so the person who arrives already knows what the properties around you are like.

Common questions about commercial renovations
Can you work outside trading hours?
Yes — most of our commercial work in Gauteng happens at night, over weekends, or in phases. We plan the programme around your operation and hand back a clean, usable space each morning.
How do you handle a fixed opening date?
By programming backwards from it and being honest at quote stage about whether it is achievable. A contractor who agrees to any date you name is telling you what you want to hear.
Who is responsible for approvals — landlord or tenant?
It depends on the lease, and leases vary. Structural alterations and changes of use generally need approved plans from your local municipality. We set out in writing what the job needs so both parties can see it before anyone signs.
Do you do dilapidations and make-good?
Yes. We price the lease schedule honestly, including the items landlords commonly overlook, so there is no argument at handover.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Routinely. That means dust barriers, protected routes, controlled noise hours, and coordination with building management and security — all of it planned before we arrive, not improvised on day one.
